hey guys, welcome to cexercize fitness todays class is called the muffin top destoyer destroyer are you really going to out that in there? i'm going to show you a series of of exercises that are going to target and destroy the muffin top

so for me it a lot easier to make healthier choices but whatever dietary choice you make if you want to see results, you have to eat clean ok so this class is going to be really tough do as much as you can and i promise you if you continue to repeat this exercise over and over again it will get easier so lets grab some water find some space and lets do this so were going to start in an elbow plank to get our bodies nice an warm and remember an easier modification is to keep your knees down
but were going to start with our knees up holding 10 seconds in a plank making sure your hips don't drop too low or get too high everything is nice and straight breathe inhale exhale 3
2 1 were going to open to the side plank on your right elbow extending your left arm right up to the ceiling again modification is to drop your right knee all the way down to the floor holding 8 seconds breath inhale
left hand comes down to your hip and 8 hip drops let the right hip come down and lift it up for 8 and 7 this is where you really feel the obliques starting to fire up and reach 5 4 were coming back to plank and again feel free to drop to your knees and hold
were going to open to the other side repeat on the left side right arm extends feel free to modify holding 10 seconds as your body starts to get tired don't let your left hip drop everything is pulled up and engaged getting rid of that muffin top hold
your almost there keep breathing lets do our hip drops right hand to your hip drop your left hip down and push up 8 7 6 come back over
hold your plank right into our hip side to side drops drop your right hip then left hip for 1 9 almost there last one 10 bring it center
take it to your left hip and just touch the hip to the floor and bring it up for 8 and other side almost there bare with me here 65 bring it back to plank and release good job guys!
take a quick break baby cobra here to stretch those abs catch your breath i'm almost done torturing you i got one more exercise for you breath over to your back roll over and were going to start first bring your hands behind your head
keeping your elbows open the whole time and modification for this first move is to keep your straight leg fully grounded the whole time other wise if you're up for the challenge your going to bring your left leg the straight leg a little bit higher up peeling your upper body up your going to reach your left elbow for your right knee lift your body as high as you can 1 switch legs same thing feel free to modify were going to stay in this position after the 8 second exhale and bring your straight leg up
inhale down exhale up modification is to keep the body down and just work the left with no twist keep going switch sides twist extend your left leg you're almost done inhale take it down exhale up
good job guys breathe! extend your legs all the way out reach your arms above your head and give yourself a good stretch inhale that was really tough if you made it through with me you rock your amazing
cause that was really hard alright bring yourself up and feel free to continue to stretch your abdominals if you need to or grab some water thank you so much for watching
