you a little bit about what's going on here alright so these leggings are first of all i have to mention the fabric it's a super technical wicking moisture wicking fabric these are going to be your friend especially if you are in a bigger body or you have a belly or anything like that that you want to make sure when you're working out is not
going to be bouncing or flying everywhere this is like a really supportive sports bra for your lower body in my opinion i wouldn't hesitate to go running in these and i'm really picky about the kind of stuff that i will wear to do high-impact activities so they're going to be great for you if you just want to practice yoga or
whatever but they're also going to be really supportive they're kind of a light compression if you want to do anything that's a little more intense so i really recommend them for that the fit is excellent so i'm wearing a 4x they do go up to 4x i think that um i would say there they run maybe a little bit small so usually if i got a pair of leggings i
would wear a 3x but these are really like they're not too tight so i can still breathe and i would not hesitate to do yoga in them but they're supportive enough that i'd be willing to run or do zumba or dance or whatever i wanted to do so i want to show you a couple features one of these super cool racing
stripes which i think just look cool the other is oh my goodness leggings with pockets so there is a pocket on each side which should be great for holding your cell phone or ipod or your wallet or whatever... your keys so that you don't have to carry a bag with you i love that because i hate carrying bags i also want to show you that these suckers
come up pretty high so i have a short torso anyway but i really appreciate a pair of high-waisted leggings if i'm in downward facing dog or a headstand or something like that i don't want any of my business falling out so i like a high waisted pair of leggings and i've put these through a couple workouts they really don't roll down i have that
problem with some other leggings but these really stay put which is awesome and then the shirt obviously it's really cool they have a whole line of shirts that say feminist or girl power different stuff like that that i really like so i hope you'll check out superfit hero. i've been really happy with these clothes and i'm pretty
