on the wall. ideally fingers point up or theypoint to the direction behind you. take the same big lift, big reach up through the oppositeside, hook the left elbow to the outside of the right knee. so you see the right shoulder'sgetting a pretty good stretch. leveraging with the left elbow and pulling with the righthand.it's important in this twist to be sure that the knees stay even, you don't want them tomove away from each other, so you have to try to keep those knees even, keeping thehips even, keeping the twist true.
