it's raining in seattle, so let's do yoga. [popping sound] [donkey sound] so i was on amazon the other day and i wascruisin' through like i do looking at a bunch of different products and one caught my eye.

so i knew i had to get ready by putting onmy wrist strap and my beanie so i'd fit the part and then i just made it appear underneathme. wow. and then. no. just kidding. i rolledit out and i gave it a good test. laying on it. and uh it was pretty comfortable. fit my framepretty good. then i started my yoga pose. the running man. the seal that's happy. uh. the sneaky thumbs up.

uh the bridge. and then my favorite. the large man triesto stand on his... oh wait he just falls over. okay, and then the laying down and ... i don't really think any of this yoga actually. well okay maybe a little review? it was spongy.that was good. it's pretty thick. uh it seems to be nicequality and it looks good in front of a picture of a bear with two candles so that's nice. and that's pretty much it. do yoga if youwant. if you don't want to that's fine. see ya next week.
