and feel healthy and likethe transition of months at first would be really hardand by the end of month to see me doing movesthat i could barely do— it's like crazywhat your body can do. and this really, i felt,taught me that. i think you're the perfect example ofsomebody who didn't have weight to lose, but you went from a personwho couldn't do things, who now can, and nowyou expand your body's ability to do other things.rock climb, mountain bike.


you used to be a hunch back. no, yeah, was i always—yeah, you were hunched over. you walked— that's love. that's love. olga, what about you?i'm a lot more focused. i'm a lot more productive.i'm happier. so for kids out therethat are feeling depressed— workout thirty minutes a day.you'll feel so much better. like you're taking controlof your life.


and i'm a lot more stronger.do this. what the heck is going on?i can show my back. nice. what about you? what they said. you go on more dates.comes on. not yet. the boys lost a lot of weight. it was a little difficultto transition to this diet, especially the no alcohol thing,like going to events,


parties and onlybeing able to drink water was tough. when i used to drink,it was because i was trying to block out my discomfortin the moment, sort of fit inand want to be like you guys. but now when i don't drink,i'm much more present. i'm sometimesa little more anxious at first, then i just sort ofsettle into it. and then i wake up the next day—a., i don't say the silly things


that i usually say, likei just did a few minutes ago. i've been drinking.are you drunk? but i also wake up readyand set to go the next day. the next day is not as brutal. what about you, brother? biggest difference for me?ah, you know, none. six-pack on your stomach!well, yeah. i lost so much fat, it's crazy. the diet thoughwas for me, the hardest part.


it's harder than the workouts.and it wasn't that bad to start. it's right nowthat it's hardest for me, because for some reason, my cravings,i didn't have at the beginning. i have them now.i don't know what it is. i think it's because you knowwe're near the end. but no, i don't know.i just want some pancakes. get some low-glycemic,gluten-free buckwheat things. can we make cottage cheese pancakes?that's good for you.


yeah, i think i'm a big fan.what about you, new face? jack? for me, the biggest differencewas just the confidence boost. i just have this confidencei did not have 90 days ago. yeah, 'cause he didn't seemconfident early on, did he? he just had a big head.right, but literally. and a big chin.a couple chins. i was complaining to her,when i was in the car, and i put the seat belt on,i had this roll of fat that just kinda brought me down.


it was a couple of things too.i saw it in my videos. i know it's just an after effect,but really, the confidence boost is the biggest change for mein the last 90 days. wow. well, you know, there wassomething out there years ago, when a couple of pretty bigcelebrities got super fit, and they weren't funny anymore. and a lot of comics,a lot of them think— you know, fitness and funnydon't go well together. but that was just because theyweren't that funny to begin with.
