ashley we're in the classroom what are you and dylan going to show us? today we're going to show you that these exercises can be broken down within a classroom setting whether they're in the inclusion settingor in a self-contained setting there's a space within the classroom that can use sensory breaks awesome so what do you mean by space in the classroom? are you saying like maybe in the corner of a classroom we'd put a mat and that becomes the designated exercise area for our students? absolutely that's the designated area where it controlsclassroom behaviors


learning as well as language development for individuals and i know you were a special-ed teacher before you joined us at the exercise connection but so this is what you did in yourclassrooms? ok awesome! alright so great ways to learn calm behaviors and ultimately we've been telling you throughout all these series is we just need to get our children moving and like ashley said it helps developtheir learning and their ability to learn

this is his exercise journal so after each class we go through his journal nice! and he picks what exercise he enjoyed as well as continues to be engaged and motivated by his favorite artists and musicians awesome awesome stuff and we hope that you guys can use some of those strategies and tools and things and ashley showed you that you can include your students whether they're three-and-a-halfyears old or twenty-years-old in the classroomvery important
