Yoga To Release Gas, into the belly. and we can rock gently fromside to side, letting go of tension in the low back. and another option here as well,is to hold on to just one leg, holding that tight into the body and then we can alternate,bringing just the right leg in. and then we'll just incorporate some movement into our pose,finishing with both knees into chest and just
closing our eyes and enjoying a moment ortwo in this pose.
