we have a long line of energy from thetips of the fingers to that back foot. keep opening up, using your breath. good, now the legs are goingto stay right where they're at. plug into those legs and draw theleft arm down and right arm up. lifting the sternum to look up. good. and then exhale to release. extending the leg, releasing the arm,between the toes, the face forward. and then completing it on the other side.
